The hotel was wonderful, not one bad thing to say. Both my wife and I loved it and will recommend it to friends and family. We are even planning on going back in one year. The rooms were very spacious, with a comfortable bed and even scented sheets, although they can be loud at night.

Service

The service was very professional. At 7:30 each weekday morning, they were very accommodating and professional, spotting us, asking if we were going to Casa Luna, and carrying our bags the rest of the way. The valet parking service was also excellent.
Location

The location was ideal -- close enough to el Jardin to be an easy walk, yet far enough to be quiet and secure. There were plenty of places/courtyards to sit around and enjoy the weather. Very convenient and within walking distance to the Jardin and other attractions.
Dining

The dining experience was okay, not bad, not great. The food was minimal but fine, with tasty options and great service at a reasonable price. The fruit preserves were a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The room, despite being right on the street, was probably one of the nicest I've experienced recently. Although there was no heater, the abundance of blankets kept me cozy. The highlight was the lovely patio surrounded by beautiful foliage along an arched passage to the rooms.

The service was exceptional; very accommodating, professional, and they even shared surprisingly good coffee with me early in the morning. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help.

The location was ideal, close enough to el Jardin for an easy walk yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet atmosphere. The courtyard was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel's architecture and lush vegetation added to the charm of the historic district.
Dining

While the dining options were a bit minimal, the food served was absolutely delicious and healthy. I particularly enjoyed the nearby restaurant 'Mi Bistrot 300' for breakfast.
Facilities

The hotel features fountains, stonework, and lush vegetation, creating a serene atmosphere in the midst of the historic district. The availability of a good fan for loan made the stay comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rustic, chic rooms with vaulted brick ceilings and antique brass chandelier were graceful and comfortable, featuring a small terrace and a huge bathroom with a soaking tub. The service, from the bellman to valet parking, was extremely helpful and professional. The location in the historical center of town was convenient, within walking distance to the Jardin and surrounded by beautiful architecture and greenery. Dining at 'Mi Bistrot 300' was a disaster, but the globally inspired dishes were good and inexpensive. The facilities were impressive, and the hotel is the only one on the quaint street it sits on.
