I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, and had a wonderful shower, although lacking a closet, they were still spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to assist us, allowing an early check-in and providing an early breakfast when we departed. The location was very good, close to the Zocalo and central to Puebla, although not as close to the main attractions in Centro Historico. The dining options were basic, but suitable for the price paid. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a wonderful shower plus cozy beds. The service was top-notch with warm, friendly, and extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The location was fantastic, close to the center but far enough to avoid any noise, making it ideal for exploring Puebla. The only downside was a bit of noise from outside, but once inside, everything was peaceful and serene.
