The hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful gardens leading to each room, featuring a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The rooms are lovely, spotless, and equipped with a comfy bed and plenty of storage space, making it a delightful stay. The service is exceptional, with warm, welcoming, and attentive staff always ready to assist. The location is ideal, within walking distance of all the attractions in Antigua Guatemala, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The dining experience is a true highlight, with a delicious range of breakfast options served around a beautiful courtyard. Overall, great value for money with impeccable facilities and a few areas for improvement noted.
I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The colonial decor, lovely gardens, and comfortable rooms stole my heart, but dealing with some unexpected rodents scurrying in the roof was quite an adventure. The service was top-notch, with amazingly friendly staff. The location was a perfect blend of convenience and charm, despite feeling a bit intrusive at times. The dining experience was delicious, offering a delightful mix of continental and local cuisine. The facilities were well-appointed and contributed to a memorable stay.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! I fell in love with the colonial decor, the lovely gardens, and the comfortable rooms situated around a beautiful courtyard with wonderful plantings. The covered terraces where breakfast is served added to the charm. The only downside was the room being on the street.
