I found the hotel to offer clean, spacious rooms, a warm and welcoming lobby/staff, and a morning continental breakfast. However, there was a lingering smell like old carpet in the room. Overall, it's a good value for money with friendly service and a perfect location in the heart of Carlisle.

My stay at the hotel was just what I needed! The rooms were very clean and located right downtown, close to everything we wanted. The high ceiling made the room feel so airy, and they were spacious, clean, and super comfy. The service, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredible, though they could improve a bit on mask-wearing protocols. The location was perfect for our activities, but parking was a bit tricky. The dining experience was okay, nothing special, but the staff kept everything coming and the coffee pots filled. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
