My stay at the hotel in Mexico was an amazing experience. The rooms were beautifully designed with an enormous size, a huge bed, and a private plunge pool, providing comfort and luxury. The service from the staff was exceptional, making me feel more like a friend than just a guest. The jungle location, although a little remote, was still close enough to explore the beauty of Sian Kaan and nearby attractions. The dining was delicious, set amidst the stunning jungle scenery, offering traditional dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor points to consider.
