Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped rooms that were even nicer than the pictures I saw when booking. However, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. Though the hotel's location seemed intimidating at night, it turned out to be convenient during the day, close to a bustling market. Despite challenges with taxi drivers finding the hotel, the proximity to the airport was ideal for me. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with inclusive but slightly underwhelming options. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though surprisingly clean, felt very dated, almost like staying in a prison cell. The service at the car park was not very friendly, except for the bellboy who was okay. The location was not ideal, being out of the way from local transport and feeling sketchy at night. The dining options were limited, and the western-style breakfast was nothing extraordinary. However, the hotel had some positives like being close to the airport and having a small onsite restaurant.
The hotel rooms were really nice and clean, with good size and a lovely bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly, but there was a small issue with payment methods. The location was convenient for airport access but had some drawbacks with taxi drivers. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite disappointing, with a strong smell of paint and being small, stuffy, and of very low standard. Additionally, the tramline overhead was very noisy, and the view out back overlooked a mucky lake filled with flies. On the bright side, the room had a good size, came equipped with a fridge, TV, and balcony, all for the price of 400 bahts.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are below average with broken furniture and a leaky shower, but they did have snacks and drinks available. The service was friendly but couldn't make up for other deficits. The location is convenient to the airport but feels sketchy late at night. The dining experience was mixed with limited breakfast options. Overall, it's an average stay with some notable drawbacks.
