My experience at Fox Tower was a total disappointment. The rooms were unclean, gross, and smelly; I had to switch rooms three times and don't ever want to stay there again. The service was professional but didn't make up for the room conditions. Despite being a dump, the location was actually pretty convenient to get around, but the dining options were a letdown, forcing me to spend more at other eateries. Not worth the money at all.
The hotel's rooms were clean and very comfortable, providing great value for the cost. The service was friendly and extremely accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the location was cramped with too many sunbeds and not well-maintained. The dining experience had some hiccups, with a disappointing outcome for the price paid.
