I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I got upgraded to a king-size room at no extra cost for the dates I selected. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and the iconic Angel de la Independencia. However, the service was not as expected, and there were some issues with the payment process.
