I found this hotel to be a mixed bag overall. The rooms, although pretty, were quite small and lacked a unique lock or key system for added safety. On the bright side, they were well-serviced and aesthetically pleasing. The service was top-notch, with incredibly kind and professional staff, although there were occasional absences noticed during check-in. The location was lovely, but consider converting prices from USD to COP for improved clarity. The dining options were fine but not necessarily worth paying extra for French products at breakfast.
