Staying at the hotel was an interesting experience. The room, overlooking the main street where all the hustle and bustle happens, felt a bit old and small, but the balcony over Calle de la Iglesia was a delightful touch. The service I received, including a credit for a previous nonrefundable reservation I had to cancel last-minute, was quite pleasant and made me feel at home. The location, being inside the historic walled city, was great despite some issues like flooding in the room. The dining experience, although the choice of coffee for breakfast was slightly above average, had a lively atmosphere but lacked some variety. The facilities provided were decent, but there were a few minor hiccups now and then.

What a delightful place to stay! The hotel rooms were airy, clean, and comfortable, offering a delicious balcony overlooking Calle de la Iglesia in the heart of Centro Historico of Cartagena. The service was exceptional with kind and helpful staff who assisted us in booking tours. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Ciudad Amurallada within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The dining experience was very good with a lively atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable.
