The hotel had a lovely location overlooking the sea and steps away from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfy, but some details like burned candles and fake flowers took away from the experience. Service was great, especially with friendly staff like Mario the concierge. The dining experience was delicious and the best on our trip through Mexico. However, there was a bit of disruption from younger guests having a pool party with loud music, affecting the peace and quiet of the location.

The rooms, for those with expensive accommodations, were lovely and clean but not entirely worth the money, with some tasteless details like burned down candles and fake flowers.

The service was super nice, especially with staff like Mario the concierge who ensured we made it to Chiquila for the last ferry to Holbox on time.

The location is wonderful, right in front of the sea, offering the most amazing sunset views. However, some disturbance was caused by young guests having a pool party blasting techno music.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, but there were some noisy guests hosting a pool party. The dining was absolutely delicious, with great chefs, but the rooms were small and lacked attention to detail in decor.

The dining experience was the best during my Mexico trip. Giovan and Roberto were fantastic chefs, but the meal setting was in a common room.
