Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really wonderful, very spacious, and with a beautiful view of the mountains, but being all smoking rooms, some areas had a noticeable smell, and the blankets looked old and dirty. The service was quite good and helpful, though not exceptional. The location was a bit inconvenient with some confusion in finding it but not too expensive. The dining experience, especially after the first day, was excellent. The facilities were decent, though some areas felt a bit outdated.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were really spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains, and I loved having a kettle and cups along with toiletries. However, I did find the layout of the rooms a bit strange and confusing.
The hotel felt very authentic with spacious traditional Japanese-style rooms that were large and comfortable. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, offering laundry and shuttle services. The location may not be the most convenient but is an interesting experience once you find it. The dining experience was excellent with a lovely view and healthy options. Overall, great value for money.
My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and equipped with both regular beds and futons, offering a beautiful view of the mountains, making the stay authentic and comfortable. However, the service, while helpful at times, lacked consistency and left room for improvement. The location, although near the village center, was a bit inconvenient to find initially, despite the provided directions. The dining experience was excellent and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel room was spacious and equipped with basic amenities, but the old vibe made me a bit uncomfortable. Despite the thick layer of dust in some areas, the paid amount of S $ 1229.00 seemed a bit high. The location was a bit confusing to find initially, but once there, the onsen etiquette was well-explained and the English signs were helpful. The service was mixed, with some staff being extremely helpful while others seemed unhelpful and in disrepair.
