The location near the train and bus stations was very convenient. A tram stop was just outside the door, and the metro station was a short walk away. The staff spoke English well and gave clear directions to various attractions. The room was clean and adequately spacious for a comfortable visit.

The hotel parking felt somewhat insecure. Although there were CCTV cameras, the surrounding area was untidy with visible car tyres and garbage, giving me a sense of unease.
