The breakfast was good. I observed many options available. The hotel restaurant was fairly good with a talented piano player. Staff were professional.
The receptionist gave the impression, she would rather be elsewhere. I noticed, that the dark wood paneling in my room looked pretty old. The location requires taxis to the town center.

a romantic escape amidst art
beautiful artwork soft bedding inviting touch
i adored the artwork throughout the hotel it was like walking through a gallery full of beautiful paintings and sculptures. our room was spacious and pristine with soft bedding ensuring a restful night. the provision of a kettle a coffee machine and complimentary water added a warm and inviting touch.
the street nearby was a little noisy which slightly affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the room.

the room offered generous space with high levels of cleanliness it also had a well fitted bathroom with an anti steam mirror which added a modern convenience i found quite helpful.

the staff showed attentiveness and care from our arrival to departure the reception was efficient and cute ensuring all our needs were addressed the service felt personalised and dedicated i would say.

the pool was a pleasant retreat offering relaxation after our city explorations while i didn't use all facilities i saw a well equipped gym the hotel also provides easily accessible parking which makes traveling simpler.

mixed feelings about this hotel
broken minibar furniture damage
i encountered a few issues . the minibar was not working. several lights in the room did not function properly. i also noticed considerable wear and tear on the furniture.

The room was a good size and well equipped I found the staff very helpful. The breakfast had many options. The hotel shuttle from the airport was useful. The business centre helped me print important documents.
I noticed the absence of robes in the cupboard though the description mentioned them. I received only one coffee and one water for a two-night stay. There was a kettle, but no extra coffee was provided.

The staff were helpful! the breakfast had great variety and the service was fast. It reminded me of a real treat. the rooms are large and i found them very clean. It was a real plus for me. the location is also a winner, so close to the main street, and most attractions are within easy reach. i walked everywhere!
