I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location is convenient, being just a short walk from Nagoya Hill shopping mall, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. However, the rooms could have been cleaner and we faced a few inconveniences with missing amenities and no one answering our calls, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it offers decent value for money but there's definitely room for improvement.
