Welcome to El Faro Boutique Hotel & Spa By Don – Villa La Angostura

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were not only comfortable but also featured a beautiful fireplace and heated floors in the bathroom, perfect for enjoying the view of the mountain lake. The service was top-notch, with staff always eager to assist with any request. The location on the shore of the lake was absolutely spectacular, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience, although good, could be slightly improved in terms of quality. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms had panoramic views of the lakes and mountains, a very comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with an excellent shower, but they were poorly soundproofed, had only one bedside table, and very little hanging space. The service was wonderful with very gracious and helpful staff, though the price could have been slightly better for the value. The location was stunning right on the lake, though the narrow drive leading to it was a bit cramped. The dining experience, while good, could be improved in quality, and the homemade jams were a nice touch. The facilities were decent, but some areas seemed a bit outdated.
