I adored the suite with floor-to-ceiling windows.. i could watch dolphins play. the on-site restaurant charmed me. Dining with the expansive ocean view elevated every meal. every team member seemed genuinely cute, and they anticipated my needs. the spa treatments were excellent. It was easy to completely unwind.
the gym's air conditioning was not working , made workouts uncomfortable.

the restaurant boasts an ocean view.. i saw dolphins. meals feature fresh, locally inspired cuisine, which enhanced the dining experience. the restaurant's location provided beautiful views as i enjoyed my meal.

The sea facing room offered amazing views, I even spotted dolphins swimming past on a few days.
I was quite disappointed. The gym's air conditioning had been out of service for weeks. It was uncomfortable because the area is enclosed, and management didn't seem to prioritize fixing it, . breakfast was below my expectations. It surprised me considering the otherwise nice food.

Breakfast was fantastic and really set you up for the day.
I found the lack of empathy VERY disappointing. We were looking forward to our stay, but I suffered a serious back injury just before our trip. The hotel refused ANY flexibility regarding the cancellation policy even after I provided medical evidence.
