Intiwatana Hotel Boutique has a fantastic location just minutes from the main square, which made exploring Cusco so convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. However, the bathroom in my room felt quite outdated and small, with only a cold water tap. Overall, it was a decent stay with great customer service, but there were some aspects that needed improvement.
