My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were large and bright with a good working area and desk, but the lighting could be improved. The service was excellent, with staff assisting me in organizing tours and always being welcoming. The location was centric, close to small restaurants, but it could feel a little shady after midnight. The dining experience was outstanding, with a great selection of hot and cold choices. Overall, a great value for money with some minor areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable and quiet environment. However, my room felt tiny in comparison to others with additional amenities like a fridge and tea. The large rooms with a separate sitting area and dining table were a rare find in Ecuador, providing a luxurious touch to my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the commercial center of Quito, making it easy to access the artisan market for shopping. The rooms can be a bit noisy at times, especially when there are parties going on in neighboring rooms. The service was efficient in handling various requests, although we felt a bit rushed during check-out. The dining options offer a good variety with an omelette station for breakfast. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, including excellent steam room, sauna, and hot tub.
