Welcome to King Boutique Hotel – Siem Reap

The hotel has spacious rooms with big beds and comfortable amenities, but the cooling system needs improvement. The staff is friendly, but the entrance may be crowded with parked motorbikes. The location is fantastic, close to key attractions. The dining options are limited, with slow refills. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.

The hotel had basic rooms with everything we needed, but they were not available at arrival as agreed. However, the rooms had great air conditioning and a mini fridge to keep water cold. The hotel service was very friendly and helpful with transport and temple tours, explaining everything and recommending cheap trips. The location was excellent, just 10m away from cheap restaurants and 3min walking from the Night Market and all the bar areas, making us forget minor issues. The dining experience was a good mixture of local food and eggs/toast, meeting our expectations. The facilities were convenient, but the buffet was always running out, needing constant refills. Overall, a good value for money option with some room for improvement.

The hotel rooms fell short of the description provided on Booking, lacked intercom which inconvenienced minor tasks, though they were ultimately clean and comfortable. Service was exceedingly helpful, offering transportation and tours beyond expectations. The location was well-situated, just a short stroll from the night market and pub street. Dining offered a good mix of local and international cuisine with various options. Overall, a mixed experience with some drawbacks but compensated by exceptional service and convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room, although simple and clean, had a terrace and included essential amenities like a private bath, air conditioning, a safe, a small refrigerator, and even a swimming pool access for just $14 a day. The service was not only friendly but also provided excellent suggestions for exploring Siem Reap. The location was superb, within easy walking distance of downtown, the main night market, and even a gym. While the dining options were limited, the buffet breakfast was satisfying. The facilities were adequate, and overall, great value for the money.

The hotel had a few drawbacks like noisy surroundings and not-so-pleasant balcony smells, but it was conveniently located near Pub Street with easy access to restaurants and the Night Market. The rooms needed updating and a thorough clean, but the service was exceptional with kind and helpful staff.
