I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, situated right in the heart of Cartagena's old town. The location was excellent, allowing me easy access to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious and architecturally interesting, arranged over two floors in the tower of the building. However, I did miss having a window in my room. The service was top-notch, with staff being patient, nice, and helpful throughout my stay. The dining experience was delicious, especially at Bohemia, the onsite restaurant in the tropical courtyard. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not as nice as my friends who booked next door, lacking a dresser or armoire, yet they were very nice with an extremely comfortable bed. The room was reasonably quiet and dark. The service was very nice and helpful, organizing tours and taxis, even handling a booking cancellation with Expedia. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Calamares old town, close to everything but a bit hectic for longer stays. The dining experience was made on demand and complimentary in Bohemia the onsite restaurant, though not what I expected for this quality of hotel.
