Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a beautiful oasis surrounded by olive groves, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle of Marrakesh. The rooms are gorgeous, creating a comfortable and luxurious feel, though some areas could definitely use cleaning. While the staff is warm and gracious, the dining options might not cater to everyone, especially for vegetarians. Despite a few hiccups with the all-inclusive package and occasional stomach issues, the overall experience was enjoyable and well worth it.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff, especially Fatima, were really lovely and accommodating, making our experience more pleasant. However, the management was another story; they were quite disorganized and unhelpful, which led to a lot of frustration. The hotel itself is spacious and beautifully designed, but the service issues and lack of amenities really detracted from the overall experience.
My stay at Kasbah Igoudar was a mixed bag. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful olive grove, which is a lovely escape from the city bustle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service left much to be desired, particularly when it came to managing requests. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious meals, although the limited half-board menu could be improved. Overall, it was a nice place to unwind, but some inconsistencies in service and facilities could make it better.
The hotel has stunning grounds and a lovely pool area, perfect for relaxation. While the rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, the service fell short, especially with payment processes that were quite frustrating. The dining options were limited, especially for any special requests. Ultimately, it's a nice getaway, but some operational improvements are needed for a seamless experience.
I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The views of the mountains were breathtaking, and the food was delicious, although we faced some issues with organization during excursions. The shower pressure could definitely be improved, and it felt a bit uncoordinated at times, but overall, it was a good experience with the potential for more.
