peaceful location underground car park lovely view awful pillow tired look dorm room

the staff was lovely throughout my stay i especially liked the peaceful location it was only a short walk to town. i also really appreciated the private underground car park that's hard to find. setting for breakfast was another highlight the views over town from the upper storey rooms were lovely.

the pillows were AWFUL i read other reviews and saw other guests complained about them too. the place felt a bit like university hall or dorm rooms. pictures aren't quite right the outside looks quite tired.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially belinda. she welcomed me with a smile and was always happy to assist. the room was spacious and clean with a nice view. the hotel itself is beautiful.

ants were present in the kitchen area of my room. it made the kitchen somewhat unusable.

short walk fresh juices awful pillows tired outside

the location was pretty good. it was a short walk to restaurants. the breakfast included fresh juices every day. I liked that a lot.

the pillows were AWFUL. It reminded me of a university dorm room. the outside looks a bit tired and needs some paint. the pictures were a bit misleading.

The breakfast setup was unusual. Small plates of food were brought to the table instead of a buffet. selection felt limited as a result of this. the bed quality could have been better too, for the price charged. it left me somewhat disappointed overall. it does not seem worth the price charged

i enjoyed the breakfast service. the staff provided fresh juice options and homemade cake daily. i found the location close to the city center as well.

the pillows provided very poor comfort. the hotel exterior seemed somewhat worn requiring a paint job.
