I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers a great selection of TV channels and a fridge stocked with goodies at reasonable prices. The room was under construction but still clean and the perfect size. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to fulfill any request. The location is pretty good, close to the Malecon area, but not as close to the Colonial Zone as I had hoped. Dining was a pleasant experience, especially enjoying fruit juice outside. The facilities were top-notch, with secure rooms, AC, and hot water.
