We had a mixed experience at this hotel. While our initial rooms were quite outdated and not ideal for a family, our second night's stay was much better thanks to our guide's intervention, placing us in modern and spacious rooms. The meals could take a long time, and service wasn't the quickest, leading to some frustrations, especially with our young child. Breakfast was alright, but the wait was sometimes inconvenient. Overall, it was reasonably priced, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Tulia is a delightful retreat that offered my family a soothing escape after our travels. The staff made us feel right at home, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing food.
