I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit dated but clean, and I loved the cozy loveseat and ottomans by the TV. The ceiling fan was a nice touch. However, the service was a bit disappointing as the manager never followed through on a promised refund. The location was convenient for accessing the beach and nearby activities, but the construction obstructed the view. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, although it could get crowded. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were newly done and very comfortable for the four adults in our group. However, there was a bit of a wait over an hour for the maintenance guy, and it felt quite crowded. The two bedrooms were a plus, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twins.

The service was exceptional! They really went out of their way to ensure our great granddaughter had a pack n play set up and provided plenty of linens. The continental breakfast had everything we could want, and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly, fun, and available to respond to requests immediately with great attitudes.
