Welcome to Sweet Harmony Hotel Boutique By Xarm Hotels – Minca

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super clean and cosy with a nice view over the garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel completely at home. The location, although a bit difficult to access, was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning plants and birds. The dining experience was really delicious, and the facilities were top-notch.

Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just a kilometer's walk from the main bus stop. The rooms, although not entirely clean, provided a relaxing space; however, the old musty smell and humid air were quite off-putting. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. While the location was scenic, being right next to the river, the fact that it required a 15-minute walk to reach the main street in Minca was a drawback. Dining on the terrace with a mountain view was a delightful experience, offering a simple but satisfying meal. The facilities were sufficient, but there were noticeable areas that could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit tired and could use some maintenance, described as suites but felt tiny and cheaply built on a decking floor. However, the balcony offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The service was genuinely friendly and passionate about ensuring guests have a good time, especially Orlando, who was very nice and helpful in explaining the area. The location, while not noisy, was not the best. It is in a beautiful garden, not far from the village center, offering a serene valley surrounded by lush plants and birds. The dining was simple but satisfying, especially with visits from hummingbirds. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning and just having fans and mosquito nets was a downside.
