Welcome to Hotel Boutique Casa Carolina – Santa Marta (Magdalena)

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms are lovely, a good size, and have everything you need. I found my room very comfortable, especially with the very modern bathroom fittings, which was a nice touch. The service was very special; the staff, including the lovely Alex, are super friendly and welcoming. The location couldn't be more convenient, around the corner from shops and restaurants and just a quick walk to Parque de los Novios. The dining experience was okay, disregarding the slow and inconsistent service, and the facilities were great.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great comfort and a few noisy mornings due to the pool cleaning. The rooms were super comfy, clean, and quiet, equipped with everything you'd need, including a terrace and a private jacuzzi, although the furnishings were a bit odd. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and accommodating, directing us to excellent places around Santa Marta. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of downtown close to the iconic Parque de los Novios and local markets. The dining experience was delightful, with a buffet offering fresh fruits, muesli, croissant, jam, and honey. Overall, a pleasant stay marred only by occasional noise and some odd room decor choices.

My stay at the hotel was such a mix of good and not so good moments. The rooms were stylish, especially the bathrooms, but there was a damp smell that bothered me a bit. The service was incredible, and everybody, from room service to the front desk, was always so busy yet attentive. The location felt a bit off, with some unpleasant odors and disturbances despite being on the edge of the touristic area. The dining experience was fantastic, and the inclusive meals were a highlight. The facilities were great overall, adding to my overall experience.
