Welcome to Cala Di Volpe Boutique Hotel – Montevideo

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was splendid, situated right at the Rambla with breathtaking views of Rio de la Plata from every room. However, the rooms were on the smaller side and had an old carpeting with a musty smell lingering around.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice, clean, and in a good location close to the business room and dining area. The service was lovely and very friendly, with staff constantly ensuring I had everything I needed, which was a unique touch for an included hotel breakfast buffet. The location was unbeatable, right by the river with amazing views of the Rio de la Plata, perfect for taking in beautiful sunrises. The dining experience was exceptional, with a very substantial spread and the special touch of eggs made to order. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right across the road from the beach, and I could admire beautiful views of Rio de la Plata with amazing sunrises each day. The rooms were a bit small, with old carpeting and a slightly musty smell, but the staff made up for it with their friendly, professional, and very helpful service. The dining experience was surprisingly good, with plenty of options and attentive staff, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a gem in Punta Carretas.
