The hotel offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful, especially when booking trips. The location is central and safe, perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience is varied with plenty of choice, including a delicious raspberry juice. The facilities are well-maintained and inviting.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and a nice size, although they had a lingering smell that made it seem like they were not cleaned properly. On the other hand, the rooms were spacious and clean. The service was generally good, with helpful and kind staff when we complained about our room and breakfast, although there were a couple of unhelpful individuals. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Providence, steps away from Leones Metro and a few blocks from Costanera Center mall. The dining experience offered several options with good attention, featuring a great continental breakfast with additional hot items and drinks at a reasonable price. Although the facilities overall were decent, the hotel might need some renovation work to further enhance the experience.
