My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, being very close to the famous Recoleta cemetery and within a nice and safe area of Buenos Aires. The rooms, although featuring a comfortable bed with a view, were let down by cramped, outdated bathrooms. The service was promising, with attempts to help, but some services were not delivered.
