Welcome to Courtyard Carolina Beach Oceanfront – Carolina Beach

The hotel has excellent oceanfront views from their balconies, but the rooms were old and dingy with filthy conditions, dirty sheets, floors not swept, and bathtubs with hair. Additionally, the lack of toiletries and the issue of hurricane relief workers having access to our room without knocking were major drawbacks. On the bright side, the service was perfect.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an oceanfront balcony right on the boardwalk. The service was professional and friendly. The location was perfect, facing the beach with porch swings. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, providing a relaxing getaway.

Upon checking in, the hotel room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, but it seemed to have been recently cleaned or refreshed. The rooms lacked basic amenities like a microwave and toiletries, but the hotel staff were accommodating when we requested a room change. However, the issue with hurricane relief workers having unrestricted access to our room was concerning.
