The hotel has an upscale and nice location, close to SouthPark Mall and fine dining. The staff is knowledgeable about the area and ensured our Family Reunion was a wonderful experience. The dining experience, managed by Brandon the Manager and Chef Trivius, was absolutely delicious. However, the rooms initially smelled of mildew until midnight, and the Wi-Fi was not included with the room, which could be better.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptional, opening into the atrium with a big king-size bed and soft, long pillows making my sleep very comfortable. The service was fantastic; the staff were very accommodating and friendly, always willing to help with a smile. The location was perfect for my needs, conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. The dining experience, however, fell short as it was disappointing and seemed a little overpriced. Overall, a great hotel with some minor dining issues.
