Welcome to Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa (Adults Only) – Lenox

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were very nice, offering a fabulous living room with a beautiful fireplace and a separate bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the golf course and the Berkshires, though the accommodations in Beecher's cottage varied in size and ambiance. The service, despite needing some training, managed to imbue the place with a sense of renewed elegance, especially during the check-in process. The location, while somewhat disappointing for an upscale establishment, still had its charms with spectacular views and lovely grounds to stroll around. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some sparse offerings that didn't quite meet the standards of a resort of this caliber.

The hotel's rooms are in severe need of updating, and they definitely don't feel special unless you're willing to pay for an upgrade to a Mansion room. The service was incredibly rude, making sleeping difficult due to noise from next door. The location is a bit disappointing for an upscale establishment, although it's beautiful all year round.

I stayed in Beecher's cottage, and while the room was a good size with a nice bathroom, I have to say it felt a little outdated.
