My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the cleanliness and overlooking the parking garage from my room, the dirty bed sheets were a big letdown. The service was exceptional, with helpful and dedicated staff, although the lack of knowledge in making a margarita was amusing. The location was incredibly convenient, being able to access all areas of Charleston easily; however, communication issues with staff were a downside. The dining experience, while good, was a bit on the pricy side, with just a continental breakfast option.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view of the river, but the basic design with tiny double beds was a bit of a letdown. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Teresa who checked us in. The location was great being on the river front, perfect for walking and dining.
