The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with close proximity to major attractions and only a short walk to public transport. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, making the stay very comfortable. However, the room experience was quite challenging with various issues that needed resolving. The breakfast selection was decent but could have been more varied.

My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room they initially provided had a strong cigarette smell and water leakage issues, along with dirty sheets and a cold atmosphere. The following room was infested with cockroaches, and my luggage was misplaced. The service was inconsistent, from unhelpful responses to promises not kept. Despite being close to the T1 tram station, the overall stay was far from pleasant.
