I found the location really good. It was away from the busier parts but remained close enough for an easy trip for dinner. The pool was well-kept and was great. the pier offered fine views. The staff showed warmth and friendliness.
I noticed the restaurant was temporarily closed, a fact not communicated beforehand. I found this a bit disappointing as I had hoped to dine there.

The hotel boasts a great location overlooking the bay. The staff members were very kind and helpful .
My room's safe was broken and initially, there was no phone to contact reception. Coffee was not provided, only fruit tea bags were available without breakfast tea.

the location near the bay was acceptable.
The restaurant was closed due to new staff and a new chef. This was a surprise. i could hear staff bickering in the breakfast area, not ideal. there were electrical issues in my room when i used a hair dryer. a staff member entered my room without knocking, which i found unacceptable.
