I stayed two nights and found the building historically beautiful with amazing architecture. the location is excellent and the staff are so friendly. rooms included beds that were quite comfortable. convenient water refills are available in the hallways. That was a thoughtful touch.
The corridors were a little chilly. That's the only negative thing i can think of.

Check in happened fast. Staff was friendly indeed. The breakfast offered fresh juices and omelet station. I appreciate that! The bed felt comfortable with clean, fine sheets.
The bar area dominated the central atrium. This decoration feels at odds with the environment. Food options at the bar are also not ideal. Light food choices should improve.

i enjoyed the nice pool and steam room. the bar and restaurant were fabulous. i stayed in an amazing authentic room in the oldest part of the hotel, and it had character (i loved it!).
The lighting was too dark to read almost everywhere except in bed. i found the heating inadequate. The corridors were freezing. the bar seemed huge and ugly, dominating the central atrium.
