Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and nostalgic feel of the rooms, even though they were a bit small and felt a bit cramped. However, the lift system added to the hotel's unique charm. The service was top-notch, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable. The location, while a bit crowded, was wonderful with excellent beach access. The dining experience, although not extravagant, offered decent options. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated, though the bathrooms were a bit dated. The service was excellent overall, with attentive staff willing to help. The location was nice with ample seating, but the dining experience was hit or miss. The facilities were in good condition, offering various amenities.
The hotel had comfy and clean rooms, but they were small for the price. The service was lacking in going the extra mile, although the staff across the hotel were friendly. The location was a bit crowded but had a lovely beachfront. The dining experience was more about drinking by the pool than satisfying meals. The facilities offered were generally good, but not exceptional.
I was excited about the hotel's amazing location, right by the beach and a stone's throw away from dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, though the service could be more prompt. The room I booked, a luxury suite with three rooms, turned out to be a disappointment due to the tiny window in one of the rooms, and it wasn't ready until 5:30 pm. Despite these setbacks, the dining experience at the Maritana Grille was excellent, and the facilities like the pool and beach added to the overall experience.
The Beach House Suites offered mixed experiences. The rooms were not as described on booking, but they were well-appointed and could have been comfortable for a longer stay, although small and old-fashioned with a tiny bathroom showing signs of mildew and aged fixtures. The service, although with exceptional amenities, was lacking in attentiveness and responsiveness; certain requests went unanswered. The location was nice with spotless surroundings, but prices were on the higher side. The dining options were decent, although overpriced for what was offered.
The hotel lobby seamlessly transitions from old-style charm to modern room comfort. The rooms, though okay in size with decent beds, show signs of age with dated decor and dirty carpets. Surprisingly, there is no minibar or fridge available, which feels a bit inconvenient for a family of four sharing one room.
