My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were far better than I was expecting, with a huge jacuzzi bath right in the center. The service was friendly and accommodating to our needs, and the location was fabulous, away from the more touristy areas. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right next to the beach and close to Heraklion, but the lack of information and apology for certain situations was disappointing. The dining was nice with a variety of options, but towards the end of our stay, table availability became an issue. The service had its highs and lows; the receptionist had a don't-care attitude but the rest of the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
