The bedding did not fit the bed properly. I was sleeping directly on the mattress. the toilet seat cracked. I reported it five times over six days. it took that long for them to explain that spare parts needed to be ordered from off-island.

Excellent Stay Near the Beach

I found the rooms pristine and very clean. My room was a short two-minute walk to the beach, this was very convenient. The food options were excellent. I enjoyed the many dishes at the half-board irrespective of dietary requirements.

The coffee and tea machines were turned off during dessert. I do not understand the reason for this, since they work during breakfast.

The pool bar had a friendly staff, Costas and George. I noticed plenty of available sunbeds by the pool. There were free beach towels. A replacement towel costs two euros.

The staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast offered many choices and a chef bar was available where you could make requests..

The swimming pool is small, it looked bigger in the pictures. The gym had limited and old machines. There was not much space to enjoy the garden or lobby. It all felt crowded.

Excellent Beachfront Getaway!

Breakfast had LOTS of choices, including a chef bar for requests. The celebrations package added a lovely, personal touch. The hotel's beachfront location is GREAT. Star Beach is only a 10-minute walk. Dimitra and Zac were particularly friendly. They were always willing to help.

The gym had some old machines. Accessories were also very limited.

The staff proved very professional, cute, and helpful in ALL areas. They were pretty good too fix issues immediately. They offer attentive service from the front desk staff to the room cleaners, always smiling and willing to assist guests.

Rooms included modern-style decor and were always lovely and clean. My room had a jacuzzi, providing an AMAZING sea view. The rooms were well-isolated. I never heard noise from outside or other guests at any time.

The location is IDEAL, close to the sea, and provides easy access to local shops. Direct beach access is available through an arch from the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds are available by the pool. There are even free beach towels.
