My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, although there was a slight musty smell of wet dog. On the bright side, there were complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, a microwave, and a fridge provided. The service was exceptional, with accommodating and friendly staff who were great at handling any situation. The location was perfect for exploring all the sights in Keystone and the surrounding area. The dining experience was delightful, offering a fabulous assortment of breakfast foods. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were perfect for my needs, with a portable lift and a bed raised to rest on casters, a generously sized bathroom with a roll-in shower, and the customer service was top-notch. The hotel was great, very large, and had all the facilities I would expect in a USA hotel. Being near the ballroom was a nice touch.
