My experience at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is convenient if you need to be near the airport and major roads, but a bit isolated from restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, but I had to switch rooms multiple times during my stay which was inconvenient. The service was a hit-or-miss with some staff being friendly and apologetic, while others were unprofessional and misleading. The dining options were limited, especially for young children, and the prices were not the best value for money. On the bright side, the facilities were adequate and the hotel used to offer more options at a lower price in the past.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the thin walls made it easy to hear what was happening in the neighboring room. Unfortunately, the bedsheet and blanket were not cleaned. On the positive side, the room had a cozy sofa and a convenient coffee machine. However, the proximity of the rooms and the thin walls were a drawback.

The hotel offers a great size room with breakfast service available. During my 10-night stay, I had to switch rooms 7 times, and some areas of the room had stains. The staff was not friendly and lacked directions, except for Marrieta, who was very welcoming and helpful. The location was good, especially for meeting international business partners, but it was a bit far from restaurants and grocery shops. The dining option cost $12 per person daily, which I found pricey, and even young children were charged separately. Overall, the hotel provides decent facilities, although improvements are needed.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. My son also had trouble sleeping due to noise from the hallway. The service was hit or miss - some staff were very friendly and accommodating, while others were not polite. The location was nice and convenient, close to restaurants and with an in-person extension booking for added convenience. The dining options were lacking, although the staff were good and friendly. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the 401, close to the airport and neighboring restaurants. While the rooms were impeccably clean with spotless white sheets, the breakfast inclusion could be clearer. Friendly staff made the overall stay pleasant.
