Welcome to The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago – Chicago

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I had access to the Club Room, which was always stocked with drinks and snacks. The location was great, close to many attractions, but not directly on the L system. The staff was super helpful and even held our luggage for hours after check-out. The dining experience was good overall, but I had to pay extra for room Wi-Fi.

The hotel had some mixed experiences. The rooms were very clean but had a strange smell and overlooked unappealing views, leading us to keep the blinds closed. However, the staff was accommodating, despite some confusion and indifferent service. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping enthusiasts, but there were issues with neighboring noisy parties. The dining was recognizable and satisfactory but came at a price.

The hotel was a perfect place for our group of 14 girls to gather while waiting to get ready, with really large rooms that were a good size. The service was private and friendly, making us feel welcomed and cared for. The location, although needing updates, was superb, being next to major attractions and shops. The dining experience was top-notch, accommodating our needs and offering one of the best options in the city for the price. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.

The hotel room was nice and spacious, but it smelled horrible, like old cigarettes. On the bright side, it was very nice and clean. The service at Westin Michigan Ave went above and beyond our expectations, especially with help from Lito and Mike G. The location, although great, was a little out of the way from restaurants and bars. The dining experience in The Grill was great with various choices. The facilities were top-notch.
