the location is GREAT. the staff were super friendly. they were quick to take care of anything i needed. i found it awesome.
The room was comfortable. but the wardrobe had no shelves. only hangers were available. it was not clear that the rooftop bar wasn't owned by the hotel. So we didn't have access

The room was clean, and its location was acceptable.
The staff seemed slow and not especially helpful. A wardrobe door remained unfixed, I reported it multiple times . This poor service lowered my opinion of the hotel considerably.

the location was ideal for exploring nearby shops. the staff members were helpful with directions. i found the room spacious and the bed comfortable (slept like a baby!).
i found the noise from the street noticeable at times.
