attentive staff warm welcome ideal location
The attentive staff provided assistance. I felt welcome. A warm welcome from the lady at reception greeted me upon arrival. The location proved ideal for exploring the marina. The bistro offered a lovely meal.
I found the breakfast options quite limited in the evening.

reliable central stay
central location modern room excellent shower on-site parking
the hotel sits in a central spot that suited my needs well. the room presented as modern with a nice bathroom with an excellent shower. noise levels were minimal. on-site parking added convenience since i drove to the hotel.
i thought the tea and coffee provisions could have been more generous for two guests during the entirety of the stay. a few extra bags would have been appreciated to avoid a call to reception.

the room features carpeted floors and included a seating area with a tv offering cable channels. air conditioning is available to maintain a comfortable temperature alongside a wardrobe for storage. a safe deposit box adds extra security.

recent refurbishment friendly staff stiff plug high noise
my standard queen room sofa bed was clean. it featured recent refurbishment and decoration. the hotel had a good location for walking into town. friendly staff were present.
the sink plug was stiff and barely worked. traffic noise was high, even with the window fully shut.

The in-room climate control barely functioned. the room temperature remained stubbornly warm. the lack of proper ventilation made sleeping difficult. the hotel could look at modernizing it a bit. It's getting on a bit.

the room was clean and spacious. the shower had good pressure. i appreciated the modern decor throughout the hotel.
the gym was small and lacked some equipment.
