i stayed for three nights. the staff were friendly and helpful, they quickly addressed all requests. the hotel provided dog bowls and a bed for my dog in the room. the outside dining area was very cosy, heaters and blankets were available.
the coffee in the room was a bit strong for my liking. i found it a bit daft that i could only switch off both bedside lamps and not just one at a time. it would offer more control over the lighting.

i arrived a little early and i needed a shower before my meal in the restaurant. they permitted me to check in one and a half hours early because of a room swap. this was appreciated. the room included two chairs a fridge and space to put things. i slept well and i liked the shower.

the hotel served drinks upon arrival. the dinner was especially beautiful. breakfast included wonderful food and kind servers. the carrot cake stood out as amazing.

the staff was friendly smartly dressed and professional. lisa grantham organized the mother's day afternoon tea. the staff was kind attentive courteous and efficient so communication was fantastic. professionalism created a relaxed atmosphere.
