Welcome to Puri Maharani Boutique Hotel – Denpasar (Bali)

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful flowers in the garden, managed by Cici and her attentive staff. However, the rooms were run-down, dirty, and had leaking plumbing, which was quite uncomfortable. The air-conditioning helped with the temperature regulation, but overall, the room condition was not the best.

The hotel rooms, although decent, showed signs of water damage yet offered a view of the swimming pool. The air-conditioning helped to cool the room reasonably fast, but the lack of Wi-Fi or wired internet connection was a downside. The service was exceptional, with enthusiastic and genuinely friendly staff providing helpful assistance. The location, though a bit far from Sanur Beach and on a busy road, offered a shuttle service for convenience. The dining options were adequate, with a small fruit plate for starters and a choice of several options. The facilities were positively rated for their variety of services and amenities.

The hotel offers a perfect spot overlooking the swimming pool, with comfortable rooms for a great night's sleep. The service is exceptional and the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience is a mix of standard and excellent Balinese cuisine.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with spacious, sunny rooms right in front of the two swimming pools. The rooms were very welcoming with a well-stocked fridge and lovely bathroom, although there was a slight musty odor at times. The service, especially from Manager Cici and the staff, was friendly and helpful, with a personal touch like waiting up for us. The location offered a beautiful tropical garden environment but required a bit of spending on taxis to move around. Dining was enjoyable with delicious options, though it could have been more varied. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent service.
