I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, there was an unpleasant cigarette smoke smell lingering. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but I did experience a rude interruption regarding payment. The location was quite convenient for me as it was close to Shepstone Gardens, but the area felt a bit dodgy at times and could get noisy at night. Overall, I felt it was a decent value for money, although it could use some improvements.
