the room was clean the bed was very comfortable staff were attentive and friendly but not intrusive i had dinner in the hotel it was lovely they upgraded us to a superior room and left a bottle of prosecco in our room to celebrate staff went an extra mile it was our wedding day i will definitely go back if in the area.

the pool is a decent size i used the swimming pool sauna and steam room they were good and clean the gym offers lots of great machines and equipment for workouts.

The staff was helpful I did not need to ask for anything twice.

I must say the experience was underwhelming the room I was given had a defective television set. I contacted the front desk and a technician came to look at it but he was unable to repair it. They offered to move me to another room but I already unpacked I really did not want to repack all my belongings. Also the breakfast buffet lacked variety the same items were available each morning there were no changes at all.
