limited menu parking problem
The shower was excellent.
The menu lacked variety. There was not much choice, especially if you stayed multiple days. Parking was also a challenge. It had a negative impact on the stay, as finding a space nearby was difficult and added stress.

Acceptable Stay With a Few Hiccups
slow check-in keycard failure
The breakfast was satisfactory.
The check-in process was slow. I stood in line for over 20 minutes. Only one person worked the desk, and other staff seemed unconcerned about the long queue. my keycard stopped working later, so getting back into my room after visiting the bar took over half an hour as they replaced the batteries.

the hotel's location near union street proved quite advantageous. the shower room presented a sleek, modern design. the available shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were useful. i appreciated the efficient and informative service i received during check-in.
The provided quilt did not adequately fit the bed. It seemed a bit too small.

the hotel has fast and roomy elevators that greatly improved accessibility throughout the building. it also offers parking under the hotel, costing £13 for 24 hourswith a secure parking solution. blackout curtains were in my room.

service issues detract from otherwise acceptable stay
slow response inadequate assistance
the location was acceptable as it was close to the town centre.
the shower controller detached, causing a flood. staff were slow to respond and seemed unsure how to resolve the issue. the manager did not seem concerned and did not offer adequate assistance, such as providing water for basic hygiene.

the room was spacious. the hotel has a convenient lift for car park access. the breakfast was worth paying for, and there was no rush to check out.
